DESCRIPTION:i-Exist active spiritual retreat with Bart & Georgi \nWednesday April 17th – Wednesday April 24th\, 2019. \nMiddlewick Farm\, Glastonbury UK. \nPROGRAM \nOften\, we find we’re defined by where we suffer. Our self-image\, our experience of life and consequently our reality gets formed by patterns of stress based on chain reactions of discomfort. Yet each day and in each moment\, and every night we rest in True Nature because if we didn’t\, it would be unsustainable. True Nature is the space that allows any experience to form; it’s behind our eyes\, within our listening and at the core of our togetherness. \nThe magic comes when we stop identifying with limited views of ourselves and refrain from anticipating suffering\, and rather learn to awaken within the benevolent freedom of the present moment. Combining pleasure\, relaxation\, meditation and exercises to open the senses\, i-Exist 2019 is designed to awaken a new identity – an identity not birthed by the pain of separation but through the exquisite sweetness and freedom of True Nature. \nThis year\, we will touch the skies from Glastonbury Tor\, We’ll meditate on the light reflected from the outer river and the inner river. We’ll enter the inner circle of Stonehenge and commune with the deeper atmospheres of our planet. We’ll visit ancient castles\, festive pubs and so much more. \nSee the provisional Program to check how i-Exist 2019 is unfolding! \n\ni-Exist 2019 has exclusive use of Middlewick Holiday village\, which includes an array of cottages and glamping options to choose from. Middlewick is just underneath Glastonbury Tor and is not far from the ancient trees of Gog and Magog. It’s an area of outstanding natural beauty\, and when we’re all worn out\, there’s also a sauna and pool to relax in. Check the Middlewick site and let us know your accommodation option.
