Our self-image\, our experience of life and consequently our reality gets formed by patterns of stress based on chain reactions of discomfort. Yet each day and in each moment\, and every night we rest in True Nature because if we didn’t\, it would be unsustainable. True Nature is the space that allows any experience to form; it’s behind our eyes\, within our listening and at the core of our togetherness. \nThe magic comes when we stop identifying with limited views of ourselves and refrain from anticipating suffering\, and rather learn to awaken within the benevolent freedom of the present moment. Combining pleasure\, relaxation\, meditation and exercises to open the senses\, i-Exist 2019 is designed to awaken a new identity – an identity not birthed by the pain of separation but through the exquisite sweetness and freedom of True Nature. \nThis year\, we will touch the skies from Glastonbury Tor\, We’ll meditate on the light reflected from the outer river and the inner river. We’ll enter the inner circle of Stonehenge and commune with the deeper atmospheres of our planet. SUMMARY:Healing through the generations
DESCRIPTION:Tijdens deze drie dagen gaan we intensief aan het werk met healing op celniveau. \nEr worden verschillende technieken en methoden aangereikt om met overerfelijke trauma’s\, ziektes en conflicten te werken. \nZowel trauma’s als de aanleg voor sommige ziektes kunnen via erfelijk materiaal van generatie op generatie worden doorgegeven. Dit gebeurt aan de hand van epigenetische blokkades op ons DNA. Deze blokkades worden in de nieuwste ontwikkelingen in de celbiologie ook wel tags genoemd waardoor een gen of een aantal genen hun werk niet meer juist kunnen doen. SUMMARY:ISSP supervisiedag
DESCRIPTION:Over stokpaardjes\, de valkuilen en kwaliteiten. \nElke therapeut heeft zijn eigen specifieke manier van werken. Soms ga je op het puntje van je stoel zitten als je cliënt een bepaald onderwerp ter sprake brengt wat je extra raakt of boeit. Dat kan zijn door ervaringen die je zelf hebt meegemaakt of door het proces waar je op dit moment in zit. Als je daarvan iets herkent in de cliënt dan voel je je meer gefocust en betrokken. \nDit kan een valkuil zijn\, maar er zijn ook altijd kwaliteiten mee verbonden\, het is waardevol om beide te kennen. \nDeze dagen zijn bedoeld\, om in een vriendelijke atmosfeer\, een stuk praktijkondersteuning en verdieping in je beroepshouding te geven. Dit doen we onder andere aan de hand van casusbesprekingen. We beginnen elke dag met een korte uitleg over het onderwerp van de dag en een meditatie. \nDeze dagen zijn bedoeld voor ervaren professionals of therapeuten die op het punt staan om een praktijk te beginnen. Voor degenen die het professionele traject van ISSP volgen\, zijn vier supervisiedagen nodig. \nTer voorbereiding mail je voor 27 februari een casus met een leervraag over dit onderwerp.
